Amidst PT PIM’s commitment to product quality, one of the young talents making significant contributions to upholding these standards is Zuvita Humaira, a Chemical Engineering graduate from Universitas Malikussaleh (Unimal). Currently, Zuvita works as a Quality Assurance Staff at PT PIM, a position that demands precision and in-depth knowledge of chemical processes and product quality. During her college years, Zuvita was recognized as a bright and accomplished student. She excelled in various aspects of chemical engineering and was particularly proficient in using tools like Aspen HYSYS, a critical simulation software for chemical plant design and operation. Her expertise in using HYSYS provided Zuvita with a competitive edge, enabling her to quickly adapt to the workforce, especially in the highly complex fertilizer industry. Zuvita’s talents were not limited to academics; she also had a strong passion for sharing knowledge. Alongside her studies, she actively worked as a tutor at a learning center in Lhokseumawe. Through this role, Zuvita not only helped students achieve better academic results but also honed her communication and time management skills. “Being part of the Quality Assurance team at PT PIM is a valuable experience. Here, I not only apply the knowledge I gained during college but also learn many new things about quality control on an industrial scale,” said Zuvita. She added that her role at PT PIM has given her the opportunity to develop her professional skills and expand her network in the chemical industry.
